An early 1952 Rolex Oyster Perpetual 6106 Bubbleback Steel Chronometer Tropical Wristwatch. Timepiece is in overall great condition. Stainless steel Oyster case and smooth bezel are thick and well defined. Case is fully hallmarked and stamped and has retained its original Super Oyster crown. Original Swiss signed "Explorer" 3,6,9 dial has turned into a beautiful warm tropical tone. Dial luminescent is all original. Sword hands appear to have been relumed early on in its life. 19mm Rolex Oyster riveted bracelet is great with minimal wear as shown, is date coded to 1976. Oyster Perpetual Automatic Chronometer Movement is running and keeping time.
