Description:

We’re excited to offer what is is most likely one of rarest 1019s ever to be available for purchase. A marvelous Rolex Milguass co branded with the famed Tiffany & Co. retailer. This is already an incredibly rare watch, but what makes this even more interesting is that Tiffany & Co. is marked directly underneath Milgauss and in turn has created a “4 Line” styled dial, a highly distinguishable characteristic for Rolex timepieces and added desirability for collectors. Depending on the spacing most co signed dials have the retailer below the hands creating some space between the two brands. So what we have here is possibly one of the earliest Milguass’s ever to be co-signed by Tiffany & Co.

Of all the Rolex models to be branded with Tiffany & Co. the Milgauss was certainly one of the least produced making it highly remarkable to find one. We've only seen one other correct example.

Not only is this an exceptionally rare timepiece but one that is in phenomenal original condition right down to its low dome plexiglass crystal. The stainless steel Oyster case is in original unpolished condition with incredibly thick and well defined bevels and edges. The steel caseback is dated first quarter of 1964. Tiffany & Co. would often mark the undersides of cases to indicate the dial co signing. These would normally be polished off when they’d be sent in for service. But this timepiece is a true survivor and has prominently retained the markings. The timepiece includes its original stainless steel 7206 riveted Oyster bracelet with 58 End Pieces. Some natural wear is present and clasp is date coded to first quarter 1965. The original First Generation CERN Milgauss dial is excellent, some very light patina in keeping with age. The Caliber 1580 Oyster Perpetual automatic movement is running.
