A very rare Vintage 1950’s Patek Philippe Hour Glass 2468 Sigma Silver Dial Dress Wristwatch. 39mm x 22mm 18K yellow gold case is in great condition. Some gold tarnish and light wear in keeping with its age. Patek Gold hallmark is present between lugs and on caseback. Has also retained the original Patek Philippe gold crown. Original Sigma Patek Philippe dial is in excellent condition. Manual wind movement is running and keeping time.
