Vintage Patek Philippe Calatrava 3520 18K Yellow Gold Screw Back Manual Wind Wristwatch. 32mm 18K yellow gold case has remained well defined. Hallmark still visible adjacent to signed crown. Original champagne Patek Philippe dial is in overall great condition with a beautiful gradient sheen, applied black tipped markers and hands. Two very small tool marks are present near center post. Sapphire crystal is clear of scratches. Caliber 175 manual wind movement is running and keeping time.
